NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TELEHEALTH SERVICES
In order to ensure the continued care of our patients, Baptist Behavioral Health is transitioning to telehealth services for the next few weeks. The health and welfare of our patients and our staff are the utmost priority and we want to do our part to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
We believe that this transition to telehealth will allow us to continue to provide excellent behavioral health care to our patients. If you have an appointment scheduled with us, our office will be in touch with you to help provide education on setting up your appointment via telehealth.
All future appointments will be conducted through telehealth or phone calls until the CDC, Federal and State Health Agencies relax their social distancing guidelines or end of the health crisis.
Even though the physical location of the offices are closed, our virtual offices will remain open. Our phone lines are still open Mon-Fri from 8:00am-5:00pm at 904-376-3800 for non-emergent questions. If you are in crisis please call 911 or 904-202-7900 to speak with a crisis counselor.
Again, our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, staff and community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe. For more information about coronavirus, visit baptistjax.com/covid19.
